Shipping & Returns

Processing​


As soon as your order has been successfully placed and your payment has been completed, we will begin preparing and dispatching your order using the First In First Out principle. Orders are always processed on working days between 09:00 and 17:00. 
It takes an average of 1-3 working days to prepare your order for dispatch. 



Confirmation

As soon as your package is ready for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with the necessary shipping details.. 
We always choose the most efficient delivery service, based on the country where we need to deliver.



Tracking

This email always contains a tracking number to follow the delivery right to your door or the chosen collection point.

Shipping methods


Our delivery partners are DPD and Bpost. Depending on your country, the size and weight of the package, you will be able to choose one of the most efficient shipping methods at the time of checkout. 

At this moment, there are 3 different rates applicable, among other things, based on the delivery address and the delivery partner that will carry out the delivery. 



Benelux

Always a super-fast delivery time within Benelux. The average delivery time for shipments within Benelux is 1-2 working days. 



Within Europe

All shipments within Europe are primarily handled by DPD. The average delivery time for shipments within Europe is 2-4 working days. 


Outside Europe

Depending on the destination country, the most suitable delivery partner is chosen by us. The average delivery time for shipments outside Europe is 4-8 working days; the delivery time may vary in some countries due to customs checks. 

Damages


If your package has been damaged during the shipping process and this is visible at the time of delivery, refuse the package. If you do not have the opportunity to refuse the package or the damage is inside the box, you must inform us as soon as possible (within 5 working days). 



Separate process

In the event of damage, please provide us with the details of the order/delivery so that we can initiate a file with the delivery partner and inform you of what will happen. (refund, replacement, resending)

We need to receive the following details from you:
1. Order number
2. Name + adres
3. Discription of damages
4. Detailed pictures
5. Tracking number
